We understand the importance of making every event unique and unforgettable. That’s why we offer a range of services and one-of-a-kind mobile bars, all tailored to meet your specific needs.

As personal license holders, we’ll also take care of any necessary license applications on your behalf.

To confirm your booking, a small booking fee is required for bar hire. 

This fee covers:

• Full Bar Hire for your Event
• Securing your preferred date
• Uniformed & Experienced Bar Staff
• Disposable Glassware & Straws (with an option to upgrade to standard glassware for a small fee)
• Full license & Temporary Event Notice (TENs)
• Public Liability Insurance
• Bar Decorations Customised to Match your Event Theme
• Payment Options available via Cash & Card

Cash Bar
A cash bar is a service where guests pay for their own drinks during an event. The bar operates like a typical bar, where guests order and pay for drinks individually, either with cash or card. This option allows the host to provide a full bar without incurring the costs of covering drinks for their guests. 

Pre-Paid Bar
A pre-paid bar is a service where the event host covers the cost of drinks up to a certain limit. The host sets a pre-determined amount or budget for the bar, allowing guests to enjoy drinks without paying for them directly until the limit is reached. Once the pre-paid limit is exhausted, the bar switches to a cash bar, where guests will then pay for drinks themselves. This option is ideal for hosts who want to offer a set amount of drinks to their guests at no cost, while still controlling the overall budget. 

Complimentary Bar
A complimentary bar is a service where the event host provides drinks to their guests at no charge. The host covers the full cost of the drinks, allowing guests to enjoy beverages without paying. This can be for the entire event or for a specific time period. It is a great option for hosts who want to fully treat their guests and offer a premium experience. 

Wedding Packages 

Our Jockey Bar Wedding Package provides a comprehensive drinks solution, designed to make your special day even more memorable. 

Tailored to suit your needs and budget, our packages start from just £15 per person and include everything you need for a seamless celebration:

• A glass of Prosecco upon arrival: Welcome your guests with a refreshing glass of Prosecco to kick off the celebrations.

• Red & White Table Wine: Carefully selected wines to compliment your wedding meal, ensuring a delightful dining experience.

• Still & Sparkling Water: Available throughout the meal to keep your guests well hydrated. 

• Prosecco or Champagne for Speeches: Raise a toast with bubbles during the speeches to mark those special moments.
