Hire Information

Let us take the stress out of event planning!

We understand the importance of making each and every event personal to you, which is why we offer a range of services as well as a range of unique mobile bars. 

All services require a non-refundable booking fee for bar hire. 

This fee will include:

• full bar hire for your event 
• secure your chosen date
• uniformed and experienced bar staff  
• disposable glassware & straws
• the option to tailor your drinks menu
• full license and TEN provided
• public liability insurance 
• bar decorated to your choice/theme 
• option to pay by cash or card 

Cash Bar  

As personal license holders, we will take care of the license application, should one be required. Drinks menus and prices will be confirmed at the time of booking to ensure they are tailored for your guests. 

Pre-Paid Bar 

A pre-paid bar service allows hosts to offer their guests a drink or two of their choice on them! Once the pre-paid limit has been reached, the bar can then begin to operate a cash bar service. 

Complimentary Bar 

A complimentary bar service is available for hosts who would like to entertain their guests with complimentary drinks of their choice. 

A breakdown of drinks sold can be given hourly to the host or at the end of the event. 

Wedding Packages 

The Jockey Bar wedding package provides a complete drinks package to cater for your entire wedding day.  Our tailored packages start from just £15 per head (depending on budget) which will include; 

- a glass of prosecco upon arrival 

- red/white table wine 

- still & sparkling table water 

- prosecco/champagne to toast
